I always say wassup we talk, about lifts, girls at the gym, what muscle group were doing or maybe give a spot here and there, smoke afterwards but idk having a lifting partner just isn't the vibe for me a tried it before with some of my friends but I like to do my own volume, my own routine and sometime if your partner likes to do things differently it doesn't work fr fr.

      I find it best to workout alone. If you know what you're doing and where you're going, I think it's best to workout alone. I can focus better and build a better mind to muscle connection while working out alone.

      @hamzaislam7920 2 года назад +1

      @@TheBlurReturns16 In my case it was the other way around. I had some elbow pain since a year and I was doing some stretches and extra warmup for that. My partner was a newbie and I used to instruct him in the gym and instead of doing what I am telling him to do, he would imitate all my movements and would keep staring at me the whole time while I am working out, instead of focusing on his workout. The reason being he liked my physique very much and wanted a physique like me so he thought copying all what I am doing would change his muscle insertions and genetics.
