“Pasta with Genoa pesto” / a vegetarian first course

On the hills behind the Genoa coast , full with pines, they love to grow basil and one of the most tasty olive oil.
With basil, pine seeds, olive oil and sheep cheese, added with potatoes and green beans, they prepare this fresh, summer-suited sauce , full with the summer scents.
