An outstanding review my friend very slick and professional. Just bought 1 of these and it looks very nice £99 pounds for the cam but it also came with a 32g card a case and the polarization filter... Many thanks from the uk the England bit 👍
For anyone wondering how this camera is doing on day to day driving, simple answer. Good enough for the money. During day light this camera captures really good quality videos, you can pause a captured video and read reg plates from 40-50 meters with ease, it gets a little difficult to read when entering the 60+ meters range but its still doable until 70ish meters then its just too blurry for a 1080p camera. Regardless image quality is still top notch for 1080p During night the image is still very clean but the reg plates are difficult to read even from 20 meters which is around 4 and a half cars length. Its understandable as the camera does not have auto focus and can not adjust its aperture. It still gets the job done. The only reason its difficult to read reg plates it's because your headlights put a lot of light on the car in front of you blinding the aperture of the dashcam. So this is the normal behaviour of any dash cam out there with no auto focus. For the price of £109 it really does what it needs to do well.
@@zahidarifi7848 I don't even think there is one available for this camera in the first place but I doubt it would do much as the camera has no problems with glaring. As I said its all about auto focus and aperture.
That's a pretty nice review, I saw them at a local shop and was wondering if they were any decent. I'll definitely get one now :) I'll check the cabin-view video because I'm quite interested in getting one for roadtrips and carpooling aswell
So far so good. How do I get the GPS position to show up on the screen? I see it does record the GPS location when I remove the card and read it on my PC but I want to see it as I'm driving on the screen. Thanks..
Having a world of trouble getting the SOS feature to link. Is there much practical benefit in having it switched on? Seems to not work nearly all the time.
Uber just offered me a chance to test one of the new 323gw dual cams. I can’t find it on RUclips, but it’s on the website. Not sure what the difference is
How long does the camera hold a charge? Bought mine today and charged it for 2 hours and the first bar drain within 2 mins then the 2rd drain with 4 mins then shut down at 2 mins for the last bar. Is that normal or is my battery defective.
It's sadly not made to hold charge. I was surprised too when I got mine and contacted Nextbase, they told me it's normal and that the battery is only made to hold for 1 to 15 mins in Parking Mode (depending if you also have the rear cam connected).
Hi there, i tried many dashcams, especially the brand ROLLEI, and i must admit, i am very disappointed so far. Is the loop-function really working with this dashcam and not just recording a 2min video each day? With the ROLLEI dashcam, there is no continuous recording at all.Maybe im doing something wrong? with your dashcam, where can I set up the loop function and what is the interval of the recording stop. i strongly doubt there is a constant recording in this case? please prove I am wrong. thanks a lot.
I tested this model at the very same time together with a 212g model. The 212g made much sharper video. I can easily read plate numbers but not with the 322gw. So.... it's a step back at quality.
I'm confused about how long it records, it records for only 3 minutes? Well that's not very useful is it. Im looking for something that can record say 7 hours straight, i drive a truck for a living and can go long distance sometimes 10 hours straight. 3 minutes is ridiculous
It records in three minutes increments. I have a 128 GB card in mine and it records for about nine hours. After that it copies over the old recording unless you have saved it. This way if something happens and you want to download the video to your phone you only have to download three minutes of video instead of the entire nine hours.
@@johnw.9273 - ! Now I understand! Wow that is right, it reduces the file size. So in other words it doesn't skip any time it just starts another 3 minute recording? Thanks! I think Im going to buy this now, thanks so much

Any update? Thx
The reflection of the piece of paper makes it more difficult to really see the camera's video quality.

How about an anti glare lens on the camera
Do you think it will help

Great video and you made it easy to make up my mind about this dash cam. Thank you!

Does it need hardwiring to record when parked

I wish to see license plate at night, but it did not show in your video

The 323 has interior. And I think a few better features. But biggest is the interior coverage.
Is the dash cam recording automatically or do you have to push record every time you start driving?
Please upload in 60 FPS next time to better gauge the 1080 60FPS video.
You didn’t show rare camera
Any idea what the maximum size so card this can take .??
Hi, the maximum is 128GB.
Can I install a camera in the back of my van also?
Hi, yes it is possible to install a rear camera and connect it to the dash cam so that it displays a picture-in-picture view.
@@BestBuyBlog thank you
Great content .... and I just bought my dash cam :)
Does it record your driving speed?
Hi, yes, this dash cam will display your driving speed.

Don't buy the 322GW! I have it running for 2 years now, the battery is dead, the Wi-Fi is not working and the cam freezes every few hours.
No lie. I live in Texas. And the heat done mess it up. Turn on and off ou of nowhere
