Dark Fury/Krzysztof is a master of dyads by playing two different riffs in songs on guitar. I especially like hearing those mean chugging riffs simultaneously with ripping tremolo. Plus DF knows how to mix speeds to build musical tension. Diathyrron always compliments the guitars with creative militant fills 'n' rolls. Dark Fury Rules!!!!!
Musical tension - WELL SAID! I always feel a sense of impending doom when listening to them, and I fuckin' love it. Was Diathyrron on the drums for this one? It doesn't show credits for the drums on my tape or on M-A, so I just assumed Raborym did everything on this record.
@@FumesofHatred Final Solution is one of two DF albums I don't own. I always forget that Diathyrron didn't play on all the albums, but he's played on most of 'em including with Selbstmord, and Ohtar, but then Krzysztof plays drums too. So, it's probably Krzysztof that played drums or someone uncredited. Let's not forget Necro who plays in Ohtar and Selbstmord too. Necro is damned good too. Don't forget Capricornus and Rob Darken of Graveland whose influence was/is HUGE for these bands.
@@deathevokation1017Diathyrron is a top-notch drummer. Especially, his work in Selbstmord. I know for sure that he wasn't on Saligia. Krzysztof recorded the drums on that one. Those earlier Ohtar releases are fucking lethal, including that 2009 split they did with Dark Fury. Holy shit, was that evil. Human Fuel of Death would probably be my #1 from them. Capricornus is great. Still need to pick up that stuff.
@@FumesofHatred Capricornus is a top notch drummer as well. Thor's Hammer kicks ass. His work in Graveland is way underrated too. Rob Darken has a huge influence on all the bands we've discussed. I don't know how anyone can't like Graveland or how any serious metalhead doesn't have their work in their collection.

The Price of Treason would probably be my pick for #1. But, it's hard to choose definitively, cause their entire discography is so damn good. Cheers!

I've only listened to one album by these fellas. Flooded Lands i think it was called.
Opening track on Flooded Lands is one of my favorite DF tunes. Their new album will end up on my top 10 list of 2024 releases, for sure.
