Agreed great review. I have the first ‘18 Allspace 110 TDI. Bloody love it. But I must admit the Pano roof and leather seats are a must if you have kids. I want the R-Line. But finding it hard to get rid of current one because it’s so good.
Cheers! They're great family cars. Wouldn't say it's entirely necessary to upgrade to the R-Line. Would either wait for something a little more hot (maybe a Tiguan Allspace R), or just hang tight for an eventual next generation.
This is true! I only get these cars for a week usually, and can't speak personally on the long term reliability. I'll report on issues I have in the week, and some potential issues that reviewers have made, but I can't make concrete reliability claims in my reviews. I wish the AWD Version in the US came with 7 seats.

In the normal Tiguan body, yes. This is the Allspace, so it’s a bit bigger and has 7 seats instead of 5.
I can't get past the fake exhaust. I hate that trend.
