Thanks for this! You did a nice job explaining. You can also take gel coloring in a contrast shade and add a stripe in the middle of the center flowers. Thank u!

Thank you so much Tammy! My apologies for the late reply. I have been trying out different cream cheese frosting recipes to perfect one for piping. I made a short recipe video and It will be up on my channel tomorrow. Thank you for the video inspiration!

Hi im having alot or trouble hold the bag correctly my petals either come iut with an oping in the middle or blob. I have used a ton of parchment paper. My ucing us stiff consistency i dont kniw how to maje the petals like you do. So frustrating. I only have #4 piping tip.

Hello. Do you mean a #104 (teardrop shaped) tip? a #4 tip is a round tip and not the type needed for these flowers. If using a 104 tip and getting the gap in the center of the flower you will want to ensure that the bottom end of the tip near the center of the piping nail is barely moving. Arching the top end while turning forms the petal with very little movement from the bottom end of the tip. Moving the bottom of the tip too much can create the gaps. For the petals that are coming out as blobs I suspect that you are applying a bit too much pressure. It is also quite possible that your icing is a bit too stiff, I use a medium consistency buttercream when piping my flowers. Hope this helps answer your question.
