Very recently we are hearing that PGWP rules will be again going to change to be applicable to all post graduate students except a few degrees that are in high demand in Canada like IT, Health care and construction. I have enrolled in the 1 years masters program in organisational management at Crandall university, Moncton New Brunswick for upcoming January 2025 intake and I have already been approved with my study permit as well as visa. I have already paid a partial tuition fee too at the university to secure my admission. Now I am really worried whether I will also be impacted by the new rules that IRCC is going to declare soon for the international graduate students regarding PGWP. In fact earlier my intention was after doing even 1 years masters I am going to get a 3 years work permit that will lead me to be eligible for PR. Seek your suggestions on what I should do as I am already in a stage to fly within the next couple of months as mentioned. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you very much. Joy.
