I've always believed in the idea that certain movies are connected, jane or Wendy could be the same baby that gave life to Tink. They have similar eye color and hair if you search up the baby from the first Tinkerbelle movie compared to either Jane and Wendy. I don't wanna jump into the entire lore of Neverland. But if you've watched Tinkerbell's movies, Her home Pixie Hollow is located north of Neverland. Fairies travel down to Mainland {earth} to change seasons. Their world is connected with us humans. As long as children provide life of fairies that the Pixie tree gifts them their talents to further be of use to bring humans seasons then Our needs from both places sustains and lives on. Sometimes there may be some humans that have grown and never stopped believing in fairies, Which could lead to come questions if fairies age like humans, or they age slower and live young and long until we die. You could be giving up the beliefs of fairies and the one you first gave life to is suddenly dying without you knowing.

There was a universal folk belief where I grew up that fairies indeed can easily starve from a lack of attention, from not being believed in, being actively ignored, or just generally being disregarded for too long. I mean in Cinderella, the mice song where they work on Cinderella's mother's dress, the girl mouse says "Leave the sewing to the women!" Rewatching these films when you're grown up ends up giving a bit of whiplash from the adult jokes sprinkled about.

Even as a young teenager, I realized how irritating and inconsiderate they, Peter and the Lost Kids, were to Jane.
Jane was completely justified in her anger but I felt so sad for her when she blamed herself for tink’s death. I could only the imagine the guilt she must have felt. She got caught up in the heat of the moment but she didn’t think it would go that far.
