There are tools out there to help compress glb file size, see gltf-pipeline. But a lot of it will be reducing the complexity and resources used in the model.

Hey can you edit other parts of the website in dora other than the 3D stuff? We transfer from figma to dora and everything get's messed up.

Dora has support for setting different breakpoints in the design which should help you get it looking good on mobile.
