I only own Eleanora, who is my OC. It's actually for a fanfic I'm working on called "Once Upon a Dream". It's on archive of our own and has 39 chapters so far. This is also my first time animating or creating an animatic, so- I apologize for some of the rushed scenes. T_T
The rose is actually a "curse" keeping her from being able to speak with her own voice in her dreams. Those dreams actually being memories stolen away from her, memories of stories about the old Villains. Unfortunately, some of those memories are linked to others- and chasing after them only makes the curse grow stronger, the thorns and roses inside her lungs slowly killing her.
So it isn't just her own memories she's chasing.
It's the memories of others as well. (Hence why you see Kid!Riddle, Kid!Trey, Kid!Chen'ya, Kid!Leona, Kid!Jamil, and Kid!Kalim.) The curse was originally casted by Maleficent, due to some misunderstandings, and Ellis eventually reincarnated into Eleanora in a world without magic, and then Eleanora got dragged into Twisted Wonderland because reasons. It's... explained in the actual fanfic, so feel free to check it out if you want!

AYOOO, I READ THIS EARLIER AND WHEN I SAW THIS VID I WAS LIKE, "Huh, reminds me of that fic..." then I scroll down AND IT IS BY THE AUTHOR OF THAT FANFIC! Your work is amazing btw, I haven't been really keeping up but I will start catching up now :)
I get that reaction a lot, lol 🤣 especially on tumblr where I generally post all my art. I remember I did a mini comic strip of El meeting Mal the first time and someone commenting, “Looking at this I was like, isn’t this the scene from that one fic?? And then I realized it was exactly the scene from that fic!” And I was like 😁😁😁

This is honestly so well done, the “curse” was a neat little touch as well!
Cant wait to read all of this in action. Some of the scenes like octavanil and scarabia got me hiped for those chapters, since we all know that the thirder we go on in chapters the higher the stakes and the higher ranks of maturness in the situations we face.

I think out of all the lovely works I've seen in this fandom, this one will have a snuggled place in my heart from now on. I really am bad at describing it but this is so passionate and I love everything about this video. (It's convinced me to read the fanfiction so I'm gonna do that now!)
