I'm not too convinced on the whole "Ms. Afton" thing, i still think Sammy Emily is the current CEO of Fazbear Entertainment Although i do like the idea of Michael having his happy ending. However, i'm not sure the rest of the riddle fits. The characters on the cardboard cutouts only having been seen by Michael is a very valid shout however.

Michael Afton has been proved to be dead ever since fnaf pizza simulator. This is because if you look at the books it explains that the pizza Plex is ran by an AI named the mimic, if you ruin you will meet the mimic underground. Since the pizzaplex is ran by AI, that means the glamrocks are as well. There is something called the glitch trap virus and it took over. This is why the glamrocks are evil. But when you look at Freddy he's not, this is because his fail safe mode. There are many reasons for while Micheal is dead. And there is not enough space to explain it all. I suggest you play all the games and read the books.
The glamrocks have individual coding the virus is seems to be what tried taking over glamrock at the Freddy beginning of the game but he somehow managed to fight it off and fell down and powered off into safe mode it seems most stuff is just run automatically
That depends if you consider the tales from The Pizzaplex books even being in the main continuity instead of just being parallels, as some of the stories you have to accept not being in the main continuity because of how outlandish they are, or how it directly conflicts with existing information that we know. It's the same as the Fazbear frights books where some of them you could theoretically fit into the main continuity but others just cannot go into it. Without some major changes like thinking that golden Freddy has three souls or that the crying child isn't in golden Freddy. The MCI is 6 kids instead of 5 excetera. And beyond this the Fazbear fright books also directly describe certain places from the games as well in certain stories. The only reason why we really consider the tales from The Pizzaplex books being more viable because it gives us some form of semblance of an origin for mimic. Even though most of its descriptions don't even fit with the actual description of the mimic in-game looks like. It doesn't mean that we should throw out everything that the books gives us though just don't treat it like it's gospel.

The books aren’t canon to the games lore… they’re tied but not canon.. Michael could’ve easily faked his death during the 6 fire to make sure that Henry’s plan worked.. 1, his ROOM from 6 is in the pizzaplex (so unless the developer of the pizza plex is a huge fan of M. Afton it’s highly unlikely that no other being made an exact replica of his room)
