Love you and your creative direction with all your videos as always. However I wish I could say the same for the rug. Normally I’d respect every individuals own style choices but I personally think that rug distracts and clutters the living room space you’ve carved out. Perhaps a less busy pattern may help anchor the space better vs the current heavy geometric pattern that is fighting with the sofa/accent pillows and coffee table. Just a thought 😅

yogurt yeah isn't all healthy yogurts, some yogurts has added sugar plus fruits which is not healthy if plain yogurt yes can add Frash fruits (natural sweetness in it) and nuts (no salt), that's call healthy eating, lol, too much red meats are not healthy either , sorry
