Here’s my take on the whole diet thing and people trying to give advice whether it be hateful or well meaning. Do you think Nate somehow doesn’t know he’s overweight? I’m no skinny minnie myself and guess what, I know it! LoL The same goes for someone who is painfully thin/underweight.. trust me, they know their own situation too. Berating someone to lose weight or change their lifestyle never works, you are only helping to lower self esteem bc everyone wants to be excepted or belong.. not to mention it’s not any one else’s business. People tend to do the tougher things in life when they are ready and on their own terms. Just saying.
