I bought one for my wife about ten years ago in bronze and pink. The only camera in the house that is worth more than I paid brand new (about £120 with lens).
Very nice vibes. I like to look at American towns in the fall - I'm British but I went to school in the Midwest and often remember September-November as my favorite time. I recommend the Q02 5-15mm (70-200 ff equivalent) lens too - the cheapest autofocus lens in the system but the most robust, versatile and fun, IMO. An enjoyable watch and really good pics.
Quite beautiful colors and natural rendering of reality. As a non photographer I used to think a big sensor and an optically corrected lens was required to feel the photographs like a natural representation of reality, but in yours (and reading in comments that you only made a few minor adjustments of contrast and tone) I see I was quite wrong.
Does your pentax have a vignette like display? cause I just recently bought a qs1 and the moment i turned it on lcd have vignette but does not affect the images though :3
@@WoodenAxle more like this would be nice. Would also be cool to see how the files hold up to edits, like maybe showing a couple different looks to show how malleable the files are.
The sensor, in my opinion, is what is limited. I've adapted numerous vintage lenses to the Q and they all produce the same looking image as the Q mount lenses. The camera is a little slow, by modern standards, but not terrible.

I like when now and then video pops up about little q getting used and not forgotten to the interwebs.
The Q-S1 has been my main camera most of the last year, such a fun tool that can be with you pretty much all the time.
Couldn’t agree more!
What a beautiful place

Thank you! If you ever come back to the Midwest give me a shout!
@@WoodenAxle Will do :)
Great pictures I thought and video
Thank you!
These videos are really relaxing.
Right on!
Great video cracking Lil camera. What's the name of the song that you played in the 2nd half of the video?
I’m not sure. Let me look.
Fun video, now interested in the camera, good background music!
What configurations did you use to take the pictures?
I honestly don’t remember. I believe it was the normal profile with some lite touch up in post.

Mine does not. Your screen may be faulty.
More Pentax Q Content!

amazing
Thanks bro
Let's go fellow PentaxQ enjoyer!
Hey hey!!!!
Nice video and flicks! Those pictures are straight from the camera?
Some tone and contrast adjustments in Photoshop.
Trust me you have the best two lenses!
Agreed!
The 08 Wide Zoom is also fantastic, but very hard to find now.
Diggin’ it
Did you put pocket 2 handheld or with attachment? Nice images btw, love pentax color rendering
It’s clipped to my camera bag with an attachment.
cool video bro!
Thanks!
The lenses have any flexibility or they are very limited?, Is it slow ?

Pentax Q's rock! Big time! :-)
Are these sooc?
No, lite color + contrast edit
I have exactly the same camera, color, model. It is a good camera.
What lenses do you have?
Did anybody else's soul jump out of their body when he was smacking the lens into the sensor?
HAAAA!!! Man, I didn't notice that until you said something! Definitely gotta be more careful next time.
