May I ask, I have a business on Tripadvisor and received an award via email (traveller's choice best of the best) and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to display the little yellow widget that you get for it on my Tripadvisor account. Do you have any idea how to do this? When I do a generic search for the same sort of tours that I offer, I see that other tour providers have this widget on their Tripadvisor photos, but mine does not. Is this a paid feature maybe? I would have thought that it would just automatically update but no such luck and every article I look at only tells you how to display this same widget on your own personal website. Any help much appreciated :)

Hi Melissa, I don't know if you can help. Because I cannot find any support email of Viator. I want to put my listing on TripAdvisor. After answering first questions it sends me to viator, saying that they are partners. When I put my info to register in viator it gives me 2 answers: Whether the password is associated with another site and I need to change it. I change, then it says that maybe this email is already registered. I click remind password to my email. And nothing ever comes. No email. I don't remember registering in Viator. Yet I cannot pass this gate. And viator is not my choice in the first place. All I need is tripadvisor. Do you have any advise for me? And I cannot find any contact to ask about me problem. Thank you.
I'm not 100% sure, and given that Tripadvisor is regularly updating the platform, it would be best to go through the Tripadvisor management system and ask customer service.
