What can a “beyond a single clay wall vessel look like? What form would a 5 wall vessel be? My aim for this channel was to explore and inspire and your note has fulfilled that. There is no structural reason for the thickness. Simply easier for me at my skill level to work thru these ideas without focusing on thickness. This particular design is putting more weight on it’s look (Form) over it’s function (a container). An honest question is never rude.
