    Excellent. This really makes you see how this judge is manipulating the trial to give a wrong impression to the jury. Especially allowing Pecker and Cohen to give an impression campaign finance violations were pled guilty to and infer Trump’s guilt. Not to mention all the smears which if I were an hypothetical juror would just turn me against the prosecution.

    What about judge cannon ordering Jack Smith unredacted what he's admitting into court or trying to do so. The evidence was proved and admitted to be tampered with and the they (govt) do not how it happened, chain of custody of evidence etc... so shouldn't that ne grounds for a dismissal? They ratted on themselves in the documents submitted to the court.

    This is an opinion from Queensland, Australia. The New York justice system and the judicial officers (judges) seem to want to exist completely outside of the Constitution and thus the law. Merchant is a judge by oppointment and name only, he is not a jurist as contemplated by the Constitution. The metastacy of misconduct of false judges is beyond DISGRACE, it is EVIL.

    Accurate. Judge Merchan allowed prejudicial testimony and claims it’s because the defense didn’t object…in other words, openly stating in effect, “you’re not going to my job for me?”

      Seizing buildings. And I'd say the same about January 6. The normal political process does not include taking over buildings. That doesn't take into account the horrible fact that many Jewish college students have felt menaced simply because they were Jewish.
      That is Nazi - like, and Nazi methods are not part of the normal political process.

      @@bobtaylor170 J6 protesters didn't seize any buildings. I think Julie Kelly said what violence there was didn't start until after the cops panicked and started firing flashbangs indiscriminately into the middle of the crowd in front of the building , injuring some unknown number and almost certainly contributing the deaths of two middle-aged men who died (respectively) of a heart attack and a stroke. Some say they did this because they were afraid of being overrun, but if you're afraid of being overrun you obviously would fire at the front, not the middle. Firing at the middle drives the crowd forward, which would have thwarted their alleged objective. But occupations of the Capitol by leftists happen all the time, as in the case of the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings (certainly an "official proceeding") and recent pro-Palestine protests.

    • @jefferytokarsky1930
      @jefferytokarsky1930 24 дня назад

      If you mean Bragg is wasting taxpayer funds so Trump has to waste his time and funds ... I agree. The case itself is exposing the corruption of the courts more than exposing Trump in important voting demographics. Basically, Trump is running against the Deep State and the Deep State is making his case. Without all the indictments, there’s a better than 50% chance DeSantis would have been the GOP nominee. Bragg was asked what crime was committed by the conspirators alleged in the indictment. His answer was that detailing the crime wasn’t necessary in the statute. If Bragg can’t name the crime ... there was none.
