B420LD Episode 16 - 1964 Suzuki K11 Carburetor Rebuild

In this episode, I continue with the K11 restoration with rebuilding the carburetor. It just needed a little cleanup. For this process, I decided to build a simple Ultrasonic type cleaner base to get a deeper clean. In the process of doing the carb service, I discover that the muffler is completely loaded with oil. Running too rich? Probably not running it hard enough and long enough (for 10 years) to get the exhaust hot enough to burn off the excess oil, or running the wrong mixture for modern 2-stroke oil. I guess time will tell.
