This is by far the best pep talk I have ever heard. He knows his business very well. I am running my startup for the last 2 years, I can clearly make out what problems he's talking about and his solutions are quite apt. Best thing is that he's not speaking any nonsense like other founders use to, like we have raised 100 million, we have raised 1 billion. He means business.
Sir i have startup idea. How can i start. Plesse guide me plesse.
I guess it is kind of randomly asking but do anyone know a good website to stream newly released tv shows online?
@Alessandro Kyree I use FlixZone. Just search on google for it :)
@Alessandro Kyree Try flixzone. Just search on google for it =)
@@theoctopusgamer3657 what start-up you are into
All start ups should listen to him carefully to him.....👌
Key lessons from this session
- There are only 2 ways that business succeed in very long run, one is either they are the lowest cost player in that space or the other alternative is that they build a product that people want to buy, you are either Apple or Amazon, literally there is nothing in between.
- To build a successful partnership in the B2B environment, you have to show the person the money. It has to work. There has to be an economic value that gets created for your partner which is why the person comes and works with you.
- In B2C you think of yourself as customer and then start. B2C is more about marketing, B2B is more about sales. You have to build a brand in a B2C business where as in a B2B business it's a question of getting the service right.
- { Start small, learn from your mistakes and then go pan India. } - Understand the unit( shop, hotel, etc. ) of your business . Get that one unit perfect and make it operate exactly the way you want at full efficiency, with full service quality , then it was simply a question of taking whatever you learnt at that one unit and just doing it a million times and getting it right. ( Make your processes system driven.)
Brilliant recap

Great... too much information in less time.
Good talk || Sahil explained everything in very well articulated manner.
This guy is running One of the hottest logistics startups (Well now it's not a startup now, they're structuring for an IPO soon)
Delhivery is gonna go even far, from here, they exactly know what how and when about their business. Wise to invest in delhivery whenever possible.
Superb. Each time I listen i get better with business judgement and strategic thinking
Hey Ritika I am looking for co founder for my startup can you be
That was awesome talk!
Proud to be a Delhivery employee
This was really interesting....
idea change life..
Sahil Sir,
You are the leader of visionaries of New Young India.🙏
They can even provide a customer care number... And trying to teach how we should run a startup. Its best not to learn from scammers who are loosing customers packages without any justification
Great thinking Sir ....
Awesome talk
Fantastic ❤️
Learn alot related to logistic

Great a sahil sir
Great a sahil sir G
Brilliant
Ultimate
Very calculative 👍
On one thing I would disagree with Sandeep . Low cost + differentiation strategies can also be combined together -> The Blue ocean strategy, some businesses have achieved that. When you do this you create a new market that did not exist before.
Why some other logistics companies are still bigger and more profitable than Delhivery if you have a competitive advantage
I learned....don't do what your competitor are already doing
you can, just do it better
My "god"❤️
Inni kahani bata rahe we do this and that and delhivery courier service par ek customer care ka number tak nhi de rakha hai...aur inni bekar service hai ki fb par poora ek page dedicated hai inki services ko lekar
Sir I want to be session join how can join this season
Join IIM-A I guess...
I have used delivery service their staff specially the delivery boy are the most kamchor person. They are smart kamchor go to your customer location and never deliver your product. They are cheap but not very professional.
I'm buying their share on ipo
Kollam poly saanam steel ***
I have read somewhere that Shopify is starting its own logistics network, what will happen to 3rd party logistics providers then?
Also, starship technologies are making their own small robotic cars to become a robotic logistics company, will Delhivery also start developing robots soon?
Bhai POD nahi milti uska kya kare sir
What is B2B and B2C
@worldoffun
Help me to reach Sahil please
I thought IIM's and IIT's sucked up my hard earned tax, trained "bright" kids and shipped them abroad, thus making a fool out of me. Nice that that are they are putting something in the public domain. Expecting lot more public contribution from you pencil pushers.
beautiful haha
Your "hard-earned" taxes are sucked up and siphoned off by lallu fat politicians right under your nose
They never deliver product on time.. Sometimes don't deliver at all.. Such a pathetic company
kuch Hindi me startup knowledge vale video banao
I thought this guy was KL Rahul😂
K L is good looking though
Hi your logistics service makes sense and we are a food startup served kitchen fresh reaching globally .let's connect and find possibilities
Kl Rahul?
Delhivery is the best BAKWAAS courier.
People are not trust worthy.
Making customers fool.
That's probably the reason, AMAZON & FlipKart are no more with them.
Customer Care number is useless.
Worst logistics company. Just waiting for the IPO so that I can short them.
sbse bekar service h inki
ye ek loti company hai jise maine delist kra h
itni bekar servise h inki
baat itni bdi bdi krte h ye
Hello.....mshitsol
Humare pese kaha kr Success ki bat karta hai
Bhai aap buisness nahi samajhte 😂😂
@@narutosheep1239 Exactly
Hahaha. Delhivery employee(Senior Management too!!!!!) is being abused(Verbally) by SAHIL himself almost on a daily basis.
Only if I could speak to you directly you will stop giving these pep talk
Super bullish on Delhivery
What he said nothing exceptional... business is all about common sense along with quick learning.
Pathetic company
RUclips pr bakchod krna band kro or apne field boy pr diyan do jinki Wajah se apki shipment time pr deliver hoti h
The camera roll is distracting
Anyone can 'start' a startup. Why don't you learn how to actually do logistics before you make tall claims. See how your pathetic company runs first before you start teaching others.
Awesome talk
