- Watch Paritosh, COO, Zoomcar talk about the journey of Zoomcar from 7 cars in 1 site in Bangalore in 2013 to 3000+ vehicles across 24 cities in India, as part of the first lecture of IIM Ahmedabad's 2nd season of How to Start a Startup - What's Hot !
This was an amazing session on building a business model who focuses on customer experience. Zoom car went tech heavy to deliver customer experience
i was wondering if zoomcar even have car insurance in place for those cars.Ranking a driver based upon driving is just not correct ethically as you are kind of monitoring him. Cant it be better if could do this check before and after ride regarding car health.
Congratulations and Thanks for 2nd Season !
Bangalore to Cochin is not daily use case.

What about bikes being rented? Why you don't try it?
I don't want to be rude or anything but isn't this business redundant with the likes of Uber & Ola ?
Nope, not at all.
Ola & Uber don't have self-drive car rentals in India.
Yes No proper cust care service . They are earnings lot but not hiring a atleast 5 employees to live help. Is this the way they are going in India.
informative vidio
Thanks IimA

Bull shit They don't have proper customer care service. . I applied for ZAP after 3 days also no revert by any executive. and no office in hyderabad. This is reality.
Dude they are evolving, remember first product is not the final product..
@@AnkitYadav-lj1pn itna bhi evolve mat howo ki existing customers ko service na de sako.
Friends zoomcar is cheating us don't beleave what ever he says they just loot the customers pls if u don't beleave me book a car and see or else see the videos on how was the experience of the customers there are ppl sharing it.
It's really tough for any startup to satisfy u 100% coz everytime der is a problem everytime they r solving a problem it's not that der is a 100% manual book written for them to solve everything just before the problem occurs .... I think we need to support startups to an extent and see how they r solving our real time problem....and if the same problem is happening repeatedly again n again and u end up paying hefty definitely I would agree they need to change der way of customer experience and improve themselves.
