I just saw this video for the first time. My grandmother is in this video, enjoying the music and having fun! She passed away last year at 99, and I was thrilled to be able to see her for a brief moment. I will keep playing this video forever and ever. Thank you.

As a former CNA for 15 years primarily in Long term care facilities? This made my heart swell seeing these sweet folks smiling, dancing and just having a wonderful time! When covid calms down do some more shows in facilities. These folks love music especially older music as it’s so nostalgic for them in bringing back memories and getting them moving and interacting with others. Best kind of medicine here! Y’all rocked!

It’s a big adjustment for them as losing independence of just living at home alone and being away from family is hard. I am now a caregiver for my husband and my father cared for my mother until she passed away last year. It can be hard adjusting and deciding what is best for you and your loved ones. Hang in there!

It's amazing how music soothes the soul and brings such happiness. These dear people need more of that, you can see how it affects each one and brings them to life! I've been in a few of these homes and so many are quiet and just sitting staring into space. Just because they are in their golden years doesn't mean, they don't have a zest for life, it's evident here for sure. These guys did their souls so much good!! Bravo!

It was heartwarming to see the joy they gave those people. Music is a strong motivator. But after reading many of the comments I realized that many are saying they are seniors. I have another thought.
We are all seniors. We just don't realize it until the day it dawns on us. Those seniors were children needing diaper changes, teenagers with hormones, young adults looking for work and a life partner who then became mothers and fathers over the course of their lives. We are all given one gift of life with a finite amount of time and when it's over, it's gone never to happen again. Use your time here wisely. There's no rewind.

As your watching this video, please think about the older people in your life that you looked up to as a kid. They loved and cared for you growing up and now if their bodies are failing them, they need that same love and care from you that they gave you. If you have someone in a assisted living home or nursing home, GO VISIT THEM. please do not just dump them there. My grandma recently broke her hip. Up to that point, she lived at home, and it was very embarrassing for her to move into a assisted living home. The first time I went and saw here she said "Hey Joe!" With such enthusiasm that It brings a tear to my eye when I think about it. All they need is someone to take time out of their day and life to go visit them. When you just dump them there, they feel like they are forgotten and just a relic in the family timeline. So please, go visit them and show them this video while your at it. You might just make their day/year.

When the couple got up and started dancing together, I lost it... SO BEAUTIFUL! I used to do puppet shows at nursing homes and this brought back so many memories of how happy our audiences used to be when we did shows for them. :)

The first time I heard The Piano Guys was about 6 years ago and I fell I love with them right away.
I still love to listen to the joy that I hear in the music that their hands produce and wish I could do the same.
They have a God give gift that they share with the world. It amazes me just how happy they make me feel. You are all very special and I pray that the world could hear just how special you all are. So now I’ll go and sit down in my rocking chair and listen and feel happy 😊❣️

Ya know, we're all gonna become elderly but it doesn't mean we lose our zest for life. Sure, our bodies are gonna eventually give out on us but this video is a reminder that we are still young at heart. I can only imagine how some of these old folks were having fun as younger people. Thanks PIANO GUYS.

The nicest thing about the Piano Guys doing this for all of the old folks is that they probably grew up with Charlie Brown and this probably brought back some happy memories. They just looked so upbeat from beginning to end and I loved it.

It makes me sad seeing how people get after a mere 70 years or so, so limited :( Yet, it makes me glad that they can be so happy and have so much fun even with their limited conditions.

You have no idea how fast it will go by, and it just seems to - literally - accelerate as you get older.
There is a LOT of wisdom in the adage 'Live Every Day Like It's Your Last, and 'You Cannot Bring Back Yesterday'. Try to find something - ANYTHING - that makes you laugh and smile, and don't let it all grind you down.
And the biggest thing I've learned?
You're a LOT happier with a simpler life, where possessions don't own YOU.

So many thumbs down for this video? Come on!! How can you not like this? "A merry heart doeth good like medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." (Proverbs 17:22) Better for these folks to have a merry heart through good music than a broken spirit that doesn't like it.

a great man, Steve West of Livonia NY goes to Senior Living Centers and plays the guitar for the folks. It makes him happy to see the residents forget about all the other things for a while. Music is one of those great universal things. Music is one of God's good ones.

This is fabulous. What is also fabulous is that these guys give it their all, the same as if they were performing in a jazz venue - nothing toned down - so people who no longer have those opportunities to get out can still feel like they have had a fabulous time.

I love the joy with which the two musicians play (I don't know their names)-- it really takes courage to show your heart. The way they hold nothing back, both in their musical talents and in the grins on their faces, is nothing less than beautiful. Imagine if everybody looked at each other in this way, seeing the gift of the other person, all the while recognizing and sharing the gift of one's-self. It's so easy to get down on ourselves, and I think it's things like this that really remind of us of how good and lovable we are.

Three of my four kids ages five -eleven are taking piano lessons and recently helped the piano teacher (a pastor’s wide) put on a recital at a local nursing home. Awesome…
