The Introduction to the Four Noble Truth and the ways to apply in our daily life. **Terdzo 39**

On the anniversary of Lord Buddha's first sermon, Kyabje Rabjam Rinpoche explained the meaning of the Four Noble Truths. He remarked that the teachings of Lord Buddha, which were given 2500 years ago, remain relevant and practical in the 21st century.
Rinpoche emphasized that the first two Noble Truths (the truth of suffering and the truth of origin) explains buddhist Science, while the third (the truth of cessation) embodies the view of Buddhism. The final truth (the truth of the path) outlines the way to practice Buddhism.
He also urged the youth of our generation to study Dharma to understand how it functions as the science of the mind.
