Some important tips and suggestions for a perfect rava kesari recipe. firstly, i have used saffron (soaked in 2 tbsp of warm water) for colour, however you can also replace with food colour. also make sure to use ghee for more rich flavour. lastly, keep stirring after adding boiled water to roasted rava , so that there wont be any lumps formed.
