I'm so sorry :( Keep your chin up and remember that bad times tend to not last forever, even if they seem like they will

really nice videos tho you should probably lower in game music and there's also static in the background which is quite annoying

@@YoungChip69 Thanks so much for watching!! 100% agree on that static sound! I think this video came from my fourth time ever streaming, and at that time I didn't know how to adjust the sounds! I'm rather new at this, but have learned quite a lot since then :) I discovered that the static sound came from the loud humming of the fans on my computer. Unfortunately these videos were made with my old setup. I have since gotten a better computer and an arm for my mic so at some point in the distant future the sound quality should be immaculate! Right now, however, I have tons of old footage that I've been hoarding that my heart would feel a waste to throw away. And I also have some major life events coming up that are pushing back the dream of pristine sound and content quality. But one day, ONE DAY!! everything will be as it should be! And again, thank you so much for the watch

As a suggestion for your watch time analytics, you should really thumbnail and title your videos appropriately, the thumbnail for this video and the title. I thought you were going to talk about a 10,000 year problem in Zelda breath of the wild what I didn't expect was a 25 minute let's play that I never wanted to watch.

Sorry that you were disappointed in the video. I will take your suggestions into consideration. I do try my best to not lead viewers astray by having a channel description that states that I make videos for fun, as well as putting a lot of thought into thumbnails that would suggest that the video is of nothing serious, but that are also relevant to the part of the game that I'm in.

To be honest, I thought the same thing. I thought it'd be commentary because of the thumbnail being a cartoon. But I think you have a great attitude about the blunt feedback. Just like everything on RUclips, there's a learning curve.
If your video is shown to me by the algorithm, I'm not going to go read the channel description. I'd think of that more as a hidden feature, especially to mobile users. I hope that helps.

@@SaintShion These are very fair points to make. I've been intentionally trying to make the things I create appear different than videos containing theories and commentary in hopes that the algorithm will do its job to not sort me into those audiences. I've been putting key words and selecting options on all my videos to no avail. But I've also never heard anyone praise RUclips's algorithm and its mysterious ways, or give tips to appease it in a way that aligns with my vision for the channel. But my best guess, in terms of how the algorithm is working today, is that with the new Zelda game coming out later this month, RUclips is pushing all Zelda related content. I've noticed a sudden and irregular spike of views and interactions on my Zelda videos. And I've been seeing Zelda content appear in my feed from creators I've never watched before. I can't complain too much because I love discovering new people and because I'm sure the algorithm will sort itself out eventually.
