I will be blowing out and trimming my hair this week.....i love the results of the dry wash and go but i can't try this cause my hair isn't at the same health level as you. We dont really have naturalhair stylists who take care of hair in such manners or styles in Uganda, your videos and salon visits and sessions give me a good basis and knowledge to deal with my hair. Thank you so much......am also documenting my journey here on RUclips
I’m glad to hear my videos are helpful to you and others who don’t have access to curl specialists. You have a new subscriber! I’m excited to watch your journey.
Discovered your channel recently, love the vibes between you and your stylist ❤ I've been enjoying mousse WnGs recently for the winter on my TWA. Haven't tried The Doux one yet, but I'm a big fan of the Aunt Jackies Grapeseed Setting Mousse
I have learned so much from your videos. This series with your stylist was much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your journey with us! Your hair looks AMAZING!
Your hair looks amazing, im glad you posted these videos in the end. so much great info, that i will be rewatching! I actually plan on cutting my hair and just starting over when it’s no longer cold. Just trying to learn how to braid as I never learned how and about to try k18 in the process (i just wanna see if I fixes heat damage). I’m noticing just how damaged my hair is, and im just not willing to stay on a trimming regimen when I know what the issue is now+ now i have heat damage and it’s very unsightly, but it encouraged me to further try new things in order to match the two textures. Ive been living in twist outs and i never thought i could do them in the past. But thanks to botanical gels, now i see that i can. And you’re channel was a really big help to kind of getting to this point. Prior to finding your channel i was pretty much only doing mini twists. Which i love, but were very time consuming and i didn’t like the results of other common+ easy styles on me.
Happy New Year🎉 I’m glad I saw this because I was thinking about changing my scheduled appointments to every 4 months instead of my current every 3 months, any way getting my maintenance cut on 1/17/24, can’t wait.
I throughly enjoyed this chat, I feel like I need to watch it twice. Thank you for asking the questions we all want answers to. Brittany did she use the whole bottle of mousse def? Your hair is gorgeous and I love Breanna she is so patience and detailed.
I used to use oil in my hair (in August and October) during the styling process when I was in the shower. They weren’t even heavy oils and they were actually hair oils. I would put them on after a conditioner and continue to style my hair, mainly focusing on the ends. My hair did not like that. It was as if it was frying underneath the dryer. For example The oil I use were AG The Oil and the Bounce curl oil (no videos on Bounce Curl). Adding oil to my hair while it was wet and then sitting under a hooded dryer was not it. I still use hair oil, but I only use it after my hair is completely dry. I add the oil to my hands and rub my hands together and scrunch it in as a last step.
Happy new year bri🎉💜 Your hair shape is 🔥. Finally got the courage to shave my hair new year's eve. It's been an interesting 2 weeks, I'm looking forward to the journey ahead and I appreciate your videos cos they were very encouraging. P.s I hope you're doing well and healthy 💜
what's your hair type? By the way, your hair is beautiful😍 I like how you keep up with your hair and it looks so healthy🥰 I'm gonna start my journey real soon😆 i can't wait
Oh no! Thanks for letting me know. She used Innersense Serenity Smoothing Cream on Pt. 2 after she conditioned as blowout prep. Then she used the Doux Mousse def alone to style.
Thank you ☺️ I washed it on day 10, the last day in the video which was back in early November. I’ve been cleansing it 2x a week at least since then. I stopped recording for the holidays but I have videos that’ll be coming out each week again focusing on my wash days.
You and your hair look gorgeous!! 💕It looks like you’ve gotten to that shape you wanted. Did the oil on the ends cause split ends, knots, or breakage? Is that what Breanna was mentioning? Are you still using the full Olaplex treatment or just the Olaplex No. 1 and/or No. 2 in your regimen?
Thank you 🖤 I’m getting there with the shape, but I still have a few months to go. The oil on the ends caused my ends to dry out quicker and repel water which lead to little bits of breakage . I was putting the oil on during the wet styling process as opposed to how I do it now which is after my hair is dry and styled. That’s what Breanna was mentioning. Oil is fine, just after the hair is dry. At least for me. Now I spray the oil into my hands, rub my hands together and scrunch it in instead of potting it in my hair wet after leave-in. I’m still doing monthly Olaplex No. 1 & 2 treatments, and using the 4-in-1 mask and the Olaplex No 5. I don’t use the No 4 anymore but I still love the No 4c.
@@BrittanyMia Oh no! 😟 I actually do this. Not all the time but when I’m styling also! Thank you for sharing this because I would have never known. I actually have been experiencing single strand knots which I think is the effect of using oil in that way. I cut my hair in October thinking it would resolve it completely but I was disappointed when I would still feel snags when running my fingers through my hair and find them. So I cut some more recently and same thing. Both times I went on a mission to find them and cut them myself and this time I feel I cut out the majority of them but I’m sure a few are still hiding. Thank you for this tip💕 So, you will no longer be incorporating the No. 3 in between your monthly treatments? What do you like most about the 4-in 1 mask? Do you ever modify your Olaplex No. 1 & 2 treatment routine for any reason? People use Olaplex in so many different ways now. I wonder what your thoughts are on that. Do you still use the K18 for every wash (including your Olaplex days and Cowashing)?
I appreciate it, but I’m not big on straightening or silk pressing my hair. If I ever have straight hair, it’ll probably be a wig. At least for now. Edit: I change my mind lol imma do it.

Your hair looks so nice 😍
Thank you❣️
I rarely refresh, unless I have an event and I don’t have time to do a full cleanse, condition and style.

Glad you enjoyed it! I think she used most of the bottle but not the whole bottle. Probably half or a little more than half.
Happy New Year 🎉Thank you for tge encouraging words at the end of the video❤❤❤
Happy new year!! You’re so welcome 🖤❤️🖤
Your hair is beautiful!!! Please tell me. What di you mean about putting oil on your ends and sitting under the dryer?

Love this! What is the mousse and other products used to style your wash and go. The link in your bio for products used gives an error. Thank you 🙏🏾

Thanks for this awesome series. Question, what amino acid treatments can i buy as a consumer. Ive tried K18. Its great but$$$😩
Hair is beautiful. So when will you wash it again? Also I workout everyday. I at least have to rinse or co wash my hair every 3 days.

@@BrittanyMiahey Brittany! Why don’t you use no. 4 anymore? 4c is a-amazing though! 💕
❤❤❤❤❤
What did u tie your hair up with nightly?
Glow by daye satin scarf!
You have a head full of hair. A silk press would look so 🔥 on you. It would be long, thick with lots of volume
