If you are talking about a pressure flange, then it is enough to check it for wear. If it is worn out, then it must be replaced, it must be in the repair kit. Some repairmen turn it over and put it inside out, but you don't have to do that. It is necessary to check the difference in its thick between the spacer ring and the pressure flange in its thickness and compare with specifications.
