I’m 29, I remember when the first mini t came out, they had so many big tire options and bodies, I remember putting in my baja motor to increase its speed, good times, I remember buying one body called the beer wagon or something
The beat of the music works perfect with the video. Your camerawork is also good, with really good angles, and has that "rc dragon energy" we can share, as we all watch.
The step pins definitely make a huge difference! I’m just wondering why you didn’t put the ribbed fronts on there? I have the pin on the back and ribbed on the front of mine and they are great! Way better than the stock tires. 🤙
Thats a good question...I was following someone on the Facebook Losi Mini T page who had step pins all around and I just felt like going for it. I most likely will pick up some ribbed fronts up and give them a try. Loving this Mini T for sure though!
Here’s the part# for the ribbed fronts LOS41010 I’m also about to pick up the 40th anniversary limited edition early next week when they get to my lhs. 😎
i have a set of losi pin tires just like these on my Associated 18T but they have better wheels as well not just the stock racing type. i want to get some of these for the Mini T 1.0 that i got for $20 today. but can the wheel be replaced with something else? are the removable without damaging them?
Man that little car really moves. Great video. I remember from your last video you did some upgrades to it but what does that car usually cost just out of the box? Thanks John keep having fun buddy. Papadan

What’s bigger in physical size in person, the erevo 1/16 or the Losi mini T? Any one have first hand experience in person with both models? Curious about the actual size difference in person.
The mini revo is a little bit bigger it’s almost twice the size in my opinion r it’s got a lot more weight to it as well due to the fact it’s 4 wheel drive. I’m looking at the two of em together at the moment. The revo is a little bit faster. However right now I like the mini t 2.0 a little better I beat the living day lights out of the mini revo I’ve owned 2 of them now. There revo is way more pain to work on an requires a lot more maintenance in my opinion the weight of it makes everything break a lot faster
Sorry this took me so long to get back to you...I missed your comment. The ESC is not not. cool to warm at most. I actually have no experience with the Torment so I cant give you honest feedback there.
What surface? If it's carpet or clay the stock tires should hook up very well. If it's dirt, you might want to mention to the RD that step pins are stock on the brushless and anniversary versions. Different tires are designed for different surfaces.
Nice tire upgrade you have a scammer commenting on your video they changed their name from trap town to bass town watch my last video don’t sub them be safe bro

Nice, runs a lot better then last time👍👍
Thanks Kurt. Huge improvement with these tires...just huge!
Looks like a great little truck 👍
Yup. Im having fun with it.
Big difference 👍 Since it's a 2wd I wonder how it would do the pin tires in the back only
Huge! I would say still pretty good but the steering would still be a little loose.

You mean you want to separate tires from the wheels?
indeed, unless i can find some losi pin tires without the wheels, which i cant seem to find
Horizon hobby for the tyres?
I guess theyre gonna be the same on the limited edition.
yes sir
This is great vid! As my tires are getting bald

Right!!! Tire choice is huge! Thanks Tony!
At low speeds, what is its turning radius like? Wondering if I can run this indoors in a basement, being stuck indoors all day.
Really good. People are running them on their make shift indoor tracks all day long. There are tons of vids on it. Enjoy
Just received ours today and test running it on a small deck 20 foot x 15, very tight turning circle. Might build a little track later
Me and a few friends will be racing our NEW Mini T 2.0's shortly in a basement, on carpet...cars turn on a dime.
Looks pretty fast for stock power. I'm trying to decide between mini T or mini B, or the mini T brushless. Background music is nice.
