I had multiple brain lesions and early MS diagnosed last year and i had none 2 months ago after doing second MRI. How? I removed all potential allergens (grains, legumes, diary, junk food, vegetable oils, etc), rebalanced my gut (probiotics and fermented foods), fixed gut wall (L-glutamin, collagen) and tried to eat as many anti-inflammatory foods that i could. I tried tons of other stuff too, so start somewhere, learn what works best and i wish you best of luck. You can do it!

My Rheumatologist put me on a strict Keto/IF diet that is making a huge difference in my MS. It also helped my body heal many other issues I had that I thought were just normal, bumps on the back of my arms and legs, depression, severe stress, more energy, even my eye floaters are gone. I eat as organic as possible, no dairy, an increase in D3/K2, fermented food. The Fasting is so important. I no longer needed many of the medications that I had been on.

@@dermlover1 She has monitored the Lupus I've had for decades. The blood work she collects show if someone is prone to M.S. She is the one who made an appt. with the Neurologist I went to. But, my comment was 11 months ago, since then I learned that I didn't have MS, I had Chronic Lyme Meningitis for 3 years because the hospital only treated it with antibiotics, they need to treat it as a parasite. Many of us just found out that most people with MS have Lyme, but per the CDC if someone tests positive for Lyme a 3rd time it's to be discounted and the doctors have to go by symptoms. That's why doctors don't think Chronic Lyme exists. It's all very frustrating.

Hello, are you familiar with Dr. Alan Macdonald’s discussion on RUclips regarding his 10 autopsies on former MS patients? One thing he found in common with all 10 autopsies was the patient had parasites in their cerebral spinal fluid. A great source of information is the living disease-free RUclips channel where the lady on that channel has been in remission from MS for 30 years.

I have been researching those ailments for over 15 years. almost everything discussed here is factually and clinically true. Reverse? remission? Either is a blessing. Diet is critical, and over time can either help or harm you. Paleo diets are best as they are the foods less affected by processing and chemicals, unlike milk and dairy. They way the corporations treat our foods is a major reason we are toxic as a people on the planet, especially in the west. Medications can help in small doses, but diet and exercise is of utmost importance. The wealthy and their corporations have poisoned our food for ultimate profit. If we can't stop them, we need to find ways around them. Clean grown vegetables, nuts, fruit are the three i've seen being said to have the most of what we need daily, there are others. We don't need meat. there are plenty of better substitutes. Factory meat still carries chemicals. Toxicity is what I've found as a major reason for the deceases. In fact, toxicity is the main cause for almost all of our illnesses. Our body's reaction to the toxins over a long period of time will finally break something in us. From there its a snow ball affect, until you have full blown MS etc. obviously there is more to this, but i don't want to make a long text. bottom line, research, diet, exercise, and staying very positive. Remission or reversal is the goal. stay tough folks.

Thanks for your comment. Good points you made.
I think with dairy/ milk, meat, vegetables, sauerkraut etc. it’s not possible to judge them generally as being good or bad. See, I recommend sauerkraut to people with digestive problems and for overall health benefits. Some then tell me „But yes, I’m eating sauerkraut.“ - When you go asking what‘s the origin and originality of the kraut, things become clearer why they don’t work. - First of: They buy Sauerkraut from non organic sources. Second, it’s pasteurized. Third: It’s fried. -
Both are sauerkraut. But you can tell what’s the nutritional value of the dead sauerkraut versus the probiotic one.- One always needs to look at the details.
Same with dairy: I only drink milk from grass/hay fed cows and much of the cheese (mostly Parmesan, Camembert, Brie)is from organic, raw milk.
I used to have problems like acidic reflux from consuming milk, but not anymore since drinking milk from organic grass fed animals.
      Stay healthy : )
      Cheers from Berlin

So what was the root cause? You didn't say anything about it. I would say that Gabor Mate has an interesting book which is called "When the body says no" and he speaks about how childhood trauma and disconnection from ourselves can cause autoimmune diseases of any character. Many traumatized people mostly treat themselves as second class citizens, while they are people-pleasers for others and others matter too much. When the body realizes that you treat yourself as you don't matter, then it can start to attack itself.

We rotate about 10 meals they’re happy to eat and as a family we cannot afford to buy different food for each person or even just one person. How do those on a tight food budget and with fussy eaters in their family, manage to eat differently?! Or is it just not possible?! I’m from the UK.

Tingling, numbness in all parts of my body and fatigue i cannot compare to anything.

Research Dr Joel Wallach, ND, DVM. He is a genius and 50 years ahead of his time. Start by looking at mineral and nutritional deficiencies. Selenium deficiency causes MS in animals.
I’m. A medical researcher for my wife’s medical clinic in Utah / Wyoming USA. Lack of +1 copper in the electron transport chain in cellular energy production is much of what the paleo diet does to overcome MS.
Take lots of selenium, vit E, desecrated cow liver for copper, and Dr Wallach’s multi vitamin / trace mineral supplements. Cut out grains, oils in a bottle (corn/ soy/ canola, etc) add healthy organic fats, eggs and meats with lots of veggies.
Mercury and lead chase away / antagonize your selenium creating the deficiency and the diseases the it causes. At its root this can be a heavy metal toxicity.
According to the only person to win the Nobel Prize Twice, Dr Linus Pauling : All diseases involve a mineral deficiency.
Said another way: there are only two reasons you get sick, not enough of something or too much of something.
E mail me at RandyJ508@ gmail for info.

I hope you doing well, you must change your GP, you don't need to speak to a GP who is clearly some psychopath. Don't give up on yourself, go right away to the hospital if GP is ignoring you and tell them that about the problem with GP. You must develop a more assertive attitude to show your body that you care, you can't let things deteriorate just because some GP is an idiot! Your body recognizes how you treat yourself, many autoimmune diseases are happening to people who struggle with people-pleasing and with an attitude that they don't matter. You must break this and show yourself that you do matter! Many times that itself can ease the diseases tremendously.

MS is caused by different things in different people. The cause doesn’t matter. The point is that it is a lipid metabolism disorder that can be reversed and healed using diet. Most people know about Dr. Terry Wahls, but also look into Dr. George Jelinek and Dr. Roy Swank.

    • @lifes_magic_moments

I disagree... if you identify the root cause which is ultimately the 1 common thing that allows an individual to get MS.... then and only then can you prevent and remediate the problem. Symptomatic solutions are useless... very much like a hydra.. you get rid of 1 head and another grows... the hydra dies when you attack the main body......the root cause will solve the problem

@@Ane127 i will most certainly try that. My point however is that the root cause sits at a cellular level of all beings nervous system. The system works until it doesn't... what makes it susceptible is the path to the root cause... its probably related to a DNA type at the most granular level which is most susceptible... if thats the case... what can be done at a DNA level... with MRNa capabilities... these can now be resolved at a DNA level.... the alternative is dietary and other symptomatic solutions which creates the many variations of solutions........ I hope these smart science guys do that research at that level because they now have the capability to fix things at a DNA level.

    • @Ane127

@@lifes_magic_moments The medical system isn’t going to fix anybody at the level of DNA. Do you know what does that though? Homeopathy. Classical homeopathy reverses diseases by changing our DNA.
MMS cures diseases by clearing the pathogens that caused the diseases. Biomagnetic therapy does the same. There are also oxygen based therapies (aside from MMS). There are lots of ways cure diseases. Doesn’t have to involve changing DNA.
And I don’t see what’s wrong with using diet to get to and stay in remission from a disease. Being in remission, although it isn’t a cure, is a lot better than deteriorating and dying. People use diet to manage their diseases and are perfectly healthy and lead normal lives. That’s a lot more than I can say for what the allopathic medical system does for us, which is nothing.
The naturopathic doctors are replacing the medical (AKA allopathic) doctors. Thank God.

veganism doesn't work for many people, although tons of vegans will try to convince you otherwise. And please stop with dr. Greger and his biased opinion. He takes veganism as religion and cherry-pick the studies that prove what he wants to show, while in reality half of what he says is total bullshit and it's been proven otherwise. I'd say go with what makes you feel best, don't listen to anyone, only yourself.

Vince from vegetarian to vegan-yes. Statistics prove it is the healthiest way to go-and using non genetically modified foods that are organic when possible due to carcinogenic pesticides, which can be lessened w/eating as clean as possible. If you can watch "What the Health"-a new documentary on Netflix or on their website, it is excellent. There are other good documentaries to watch as well. Giving not opinion but facts. I'd say try it for yourself and study up in it. It worked for my health in a profound way.

erika gonzalez Dr. Wahl's, whom Dr. Hyman mentions, was a vegan when she was younger. Later she developed MS. Now, after her research into the disease, MS, she found that to treat her disease she had to incorporate protein, animal protein and fat into her diet to heal the demyelination of her nervous system. So for her, a vegan diet was not optimal. Like Dr. Hyman said, she diverted to a Paleo diet, and she makes sure to consume organ meats also mainly to heal and restore the mitochondria, the energy "motors" of the cells. And myelin is made of fat, so another reason why she opted for the Paleo diet to treat her MS and autoimmunity. She also includes consuming bone broth which is high in collagen and healing proteins. Now, if you don't have autoimmune diseases and/or you have type A blood type, then opting for a vegan diet may be beneficial. Whether to go vegan or Paleo depends on the individual and their health needs. Eating Vegan may not work for some people while for others, it does work. Same with the Paleo diet.
