A couple years later, Artie called Mike's barbershop to see if they'd die his hair chartreuse. The woman he was speaking to basically called him a fag and told him it's the color of the neon safety vests.

I think they have sort of strange faces, or faces that necessitate a lot of makeup. They have great bodies, but aren't really hot. They are very annoying, and aren't bright. It is clear that their purpose is to be the source of Artie's angst towards women that would normally be labeled as superior to him.
Boy this show....I'm not sure they canceled it due to ratings....I think it had more to do with the structural integrity of the building. Direct TV couldn't afford to reinforce the floor of this place. Too much of a liability. The whole fucking tower was creaking.
