Zanzibar Electoral Commission announces election result 2020

Zanzibar Electoral Commission announcing results. CCM presidential candidate, Hussain Mwinyi declared new president of Zanzibar with 76% Second place goes to Malim Seif Sharif Hamad with 19%
Same party rule since 1961.
Maalim Seif Sharif Hamad opposition candidate was arrested for disturbing the peace, calling for protests and civil unrest.
Opposition sources inform that rigged elections were marked by irregularities, fake ballot papers, repression, arrests of opposition leadership and opposition supporters.
Internet access to social media has been limited and are non functional (Twitter and WhatsApp are not working)
Opposition sources speak of 10 fatalities and hundreds of wounded.
