As someone with an irrational love for the tank girl Rika, this is… unexpected, and AMAZING.
MORE LOVE FOR PC-98!!! I mean I couldn't beat any of them (except HtRP and LLS but only just barely) but they had some real bangers.
Yeah SoEW is hard, but at least it has the best bad endings in all of 2hu.
I've managed to Normal 1cc PoDD once.
Quick tip. In SoEW, if you mash the shoot button instead of holding it, it fires more bullets and kills bosses and enemies faster.
That alone won't carry you through the game (the lack of focus prevents me from having any fun), but it is very useful and got me to my Normal 1CCs of the game.

SoEW is my first time 1cc, so you could say I heard Rika's theme kinda often, and after seeing her again in Lostword (Ruins of Memory Blue Goodbye) it kinda feels, great
