Looks like plenty of cleanup is required before they can move the ship.....
The ship is free of the bridge structure but still has a considerable mass of decking on her bow. Has she lifted clear of the river bed? Will a suitable machine be put on her deck to break up and clear the reinforced concrete decking to allow her to float clear? I'm surprised there are no tugs nearby to take control of her if she floats clear. Have her engines been repaired so that she can return to port?
Someone suggested they may have flooded the bow to keep the ship stable, but I would not call the explosive demolition of the truss a fantastic success. It did clear the way to start cleaning off the bow, but there is still a massive amount of work to do before they can do much with the ship.
Seeing those 45 degree cuts in the steel, sticking in the air, took me back to 911 and images of the steel frame which had melted.

They should clear away enough debris from the water to be able to move it back, and turn it over to the owners and tell them, "It's your problem now, and we fining you $1,000,000,00 a day for every day it has obstructed the channel. You are also responsible for all the costs to clear the debris, and the cost to rebuild the bridge, plus all the lost wages and other costs as a result of your destruction of the bridge.
Now I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure they didn't want those two beams still sticking up. 😬
are you sure? if they had been denoted as well, wouldn't they have landed on the ship and caused more damage? I think they will be cutting those away

There's a lot still to do, and it won't be easy. I thing the ship may be a total loss. It wasn't working well in the fiorst place so the salvage value may be poor. It may cost more to repair it than to build a new ship. Just to take to sea is going to require significant patch work with very heavy steel.
They have said no. A lot of people thought this controlled explosion had gone wrong. But the 'experts' say combustible materials on the fore deck area had been taken into consideration.
