as a scuba diver with many many dives over a three decade passion for diving i totally agree with the comments suggesting if you want to be a scuba dive do a certified course . drowning sucks! while instructing i have seen novices suck a full standard scuba tank empty in minutes. inner space is an exciting but also a dangerous place.
Best I have seen was guy emptying half of tank in less than 8min, it was 18l steel tank and he was 15m deep and coming up, ended on long hose at safety stop, 1800l of air in 8min, no emergency or anything just new diver
The compressor is the most sensible and safest. As former navy and now commercial oilfield diver I look at all these mini cylinders as pure sales gimmicks. They are practically useless as the average person will get 2-4 minutes endurance before needing to charge again. Forget about pumping a cylinder by hand - its like painting the house with an artist's brush 😂
The only sensible from that list of 5. There is another compressor option that can take you down 30meters which is better in my opinion, the company is called Portable Lung
@@ernk75Why not wear the full size scuba tank? Your suggestion require a booster pump to be practical or your dives should become progressively shorter.
@pjmvdbroek can wear a full tank but this is just an option if you don't. Used one in a fresh water spring that normally allows diving but not during the holiday crowds. Lasted about 5 minutes per fill which was more than enough for some cool underwater pics/vids. Refilled it from a regular size tank using the adapter which took a few seconds which I bought along during a camping trip.
I never seen the under water fan that clip on the belt before While swimming ? What the brand and how long do the run for ? Can turn 1 on do they have a switch for reversal how deep Maybe make a video about fans? Diving fun I got selected to clean the New England Aquarium it a long list you don’t get paid but it a lot fun to swim clean the tank. Be cool to have fan power once in a while Aquariums take volunteer to clean the tanks There a very long list of questions they ask before you on the list. To wait
I’m interested in something like this in order to clean and look at under my sail boat while it’s in the water. I just wonder if they are a scam or what to watch out for
Probably not how that works. The compressor will be rated to send the air a certain length and depth where pressure will be more. If you increase the hose length, you may burn out the motor or not even get the air to deliver to you, and suffocate.
I think I would be more inclined to get recertification and buy a 13cf or 19cf pony tank. These worry me with the short time and look more like toys than actual SCUBA equipment.
@@Christian_Wedoy Never had a problem with decomposition or the bens. But being underwater and at some point taking a breath and nothing, sounds frightening. And while the video shows people in a swimming pool. Most people will be using this elsewhere and going down to 20 or even the max 33 ft. Having to do an emergency assent at the end of your fun time sounds like a kill-joy to me.
No one should even think about buying one of those if you dont have a scuba certification. Just snorkel at the top or train your lungs for freediving if you dont want to scuba. These mini tanks are life-threatening for unknowing people.
Well,i am uncertified and want to buy one but at least i watched multiple videos about exploding lungs, nitrogen in blood etc. What i more hate is that most websites (which are scams) do not even include vital tips so you do not hurt yourself.
I could only see these as an emergency egress device. Say as in an engine room or below decks in a capsize. Or on an aircraft over-water. Otherwise ONLY the battery powered hookah Nemo is even feasible, and safest. If I want to free SCUBA, I'll buy full size and get training...
Because it is lighter, more portable, and easier to use. I will hardly ever go scuba diving with my regular equipment because of all the work I have to do to actually get in the water.
He can hold his breath for 9 minutes. This guy doesnt need this product
9 min for each breath he takes hes golden
Doesnt that mean that he can stay under water for 30 min +

These are not meant for going past a certain depth. Best for springs or just a quick back up if your diving past a certain depth.
You again... Shut up.. I'm on 57 dives . No experience no problem
*Plough* 🎉
how much time does each one take to refill with a handpump?
35minus with breaks you can in 5m but you need to pump it like your gay XD
im intrested in the minidive it will be usefull and fun for small lakes and beaches
Good Products~Scuba tank and Snorkeling Diving🤩

Most come with adapters you can use to refill from a full size scuba tank. Great for fresh fresh water springs.

Where did you find the mini dive 1.1 L for that price. All the prices I see are expensive

Well the spare air is a backup for your scuba tank to give you enough air to get to the surface.
Its not even that
@@scubacro5758better than nothing😅
Spare air is an excuse for poor PADI dive education. Proper gas planning and redundancy should keep you out of trouble.
@@pjmvdbroekwell, yeah. Technically issues not included.
how much is it to fill theses up
2. i would buy the $1300 because the idea of being Underwater water for an hour seems badass
If you have a compressor at home it's free, if you go to a diving shop, probably 1-5$
@@Christian_Wedoy how much are compressors

Blue 3 nemo - - - - - - - just add a longer hose and a bigger battery and float. Bigady bam you can dive deeper for longer.

Why does short time worry you?
Short time is less dangerous as you will not go deep and you have no time to get decompression sickness
