  • Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake Shots
    Ingredients:
    85g Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (crushed)
    200g Cream cheese (any brand) (room temperature)
    1/2 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/3 cup whipping cream or thickened cream
    Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

    Did you use thickening cream or whipping cream in the video ? I struggle with whipping cream because it always causes a breakage layer in the recipe.

    There is a contradiction between the description and the video. Does the recipe need 200g or 700g of cream cheese?
