Ingredients:
85g Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (crushed)
200g Cream cheese (any brand) (room temperature)
1/2 cup Lotus Biscoff spread
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup whipping cream or thickened cream
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
