43 in 2018, still here, got these on vinyl still somewhere :) some cunt nicked my mix cd tho. but i loved these 2 especially. i have a few mixes of orange theme and its sometimes my ringtone :)
Aah, the days of dingy, sticky floored clubs with too much smoke and strobe lighting and nipping off to the toilet cubicles, that were ankle deep in piss, to do a quick round of beak of cheap speed with your mates who were already chewing their own jaws off.
I'd go one further, Nicholas, I believe it's the greatest transition in history, and the ballsiest choice of opening two tracks to a mix in history as well. I've felt that way for 22yrs and I've not heard anything to change my mind since.
Actually listening back it's pretty bad. Wrong keys, and the bass drops out a bit... Loved it at the time though. That said - Two great tracks and playing Heckman as your second track is going for it!
ce morceau est monstrueux!!j'écoutais ce morceau quand javais 14ans,jen ai 32 maintenant, jsuis passé au métal depuis mais je peux encore écouter ce morceau sans probléme téllement cest magistral!!!!!!!!
I met Carl Cox reguarly up at the Club UK rooms in Wandsworth when he was banging these tunes out and he always had time to stop, and chat and had the biggest smile in the world. Wot a legend - this CD is still in my favourites box!!!!!!!!!
Remember driving through worthing with my windows open, playing this at full blast 2 10 inch subs and 4 6x9's on the parcel shelf with pedestrians just stopping and looking in amazement
Years passed and in my late 20's I discover psytrance, I was re-united with the love and sense of home that i'd missed for over 15 years.... I love this song... and I suppose I love all u guys too for listening to it too :-) too young for plur... Dance like u wont get another chance, and make sure the person next to you is having as good a time as you are.... odnt piss them off and ensure u all have room to move Good rave times
Sat in my bedroom, me and my friend lying on our backs having a Chong. Our eyes closed both imagining flying through 3 dimensional cities. This is immense
Sorry for the comment on this amazing mix of two tracks i love since my teens and still mix together today at times...but it seems like it's been made with two Drax ltd amphetamines and one Orange theme vinyl because you can hear the very beginning of amphetamines coming in and around the same time it plays simultaneously at a further time on the track...so well done, even excellently executed but with one of the masters tricks up his sleeve...Don't forget that every deejay has a bunch of them tricks to exeed at the highest level of their ability and me myself also a DiscJockey do nothing different 💿⚫️🎚🎚🎛🎚🎚⚫️💿 🟰🅱️🅰️🆖️🔛🆙️ ☢️🧨⚠️
@studiotropt IT WAS MY FIRST ALBUM FROM CARL COX, AFTER THAT MY KIND OF MUSIC CHANGES FOR EVER. HE´S FOR ME THE BEST DJ´S OF EVER TIME . HE´S THE KING. THANK YOU CARL COX
First heard this on Shrooms.. Totally head fucked, i felt as though this tune was made just for me out of my body???????? FUCK ME what a trip, and what a fuckin' come down.. HA
Was just reading this comment, and thought, yeah me and my mates destroyed FACT too. Then i noticed MrSneal...... Takes me right back into your caravan ;-)
Carl Cox remix of Cygnus X - "The Orange Theme" which is an interpretation of a theme for the movie "Clockwork Orange" by Wendy Carlos, which is based on "Music for the Funeral of Queen Mary," written by British Composer Henry Purcell in the year 1694.
My mum' brought me the fact cd when it firstl come out then went to see carl cox in ibiza stared talking to him and he's a top bloke and gave me a vinyl of orange theme signed what a legend 👏
@badassal i remember this mix....i bought this on tape.....i listented to it so much on my walkman.....my favourite mix tape of carl cox......when carl cox....played great tunes....bring back the classics
I first listened to this album at 13 and loved it. I want the whole album again and can't find it :/. I'm 31 now, but this was Quality Album LOVED IT :))
I still have a High End Tapedeck, Technics RS-AZ7, so i'm not surprised how good a Casette can sound. The Question is: Is the other Mix as good, as the CD ? The Track Order is different, and that mess up many stuff. And for me the CD Speed is the most Time perfect (Oldschool Trance Speed). Slow and Pitch Down, Orange Theme or Amephetamine and it sound not half so good.
I thinks you mean Phosphene from Heckmann (11 - Aurora Borealis on CD 1 sucks extreme) it´s a great ass kicking Track :) This kicks ass to :) CD 1 - 08 - The Aloof , Drum
Als ich das erste Mal dieses Lied hörte war auch das erste Mal das ich Speed nahm! Ich vergesse diese Nacht mein ganzes Leben nicht! Diese Nacht h of erte ich diesen Sound richtig!
Type carl cox fact 2 flac in google, there are some losless flac Audio File Torrent's (gapeless playback, losless, winamp can play flac files, and there are some tools that can convert flac to mp3,ogg etc if you dont use a good converter, mp3 files got short gapes from one track to another)

one of the most epic transitions ever

I'd go one further, Nicholas, I believe it's the greatest transition in history, and the ballsiest choice of opening two tracks to a mix in history as well. I've felt that way for 22yrs and I've not heard anything to change my mind since.
Yes, it is!
05:48 to 06:09 there’s no fucking about , Coxy gets in with it, when you know you know .
Actually listening back it's pretty bad. Wrong keys, and the bass drops out a bit... Loved it at the time though. That said - Two great tracks and playing Heckman as your second track is going for it!

The 'tape' mix was much better than the cd mix, it was amazing that he took time to arrange the mixes to fit different formats!

Same here, he was such a nice guy. And the only person who could open a hard house set with strings of life and reduce everyone to tears of joy
Had a beer with Carl while he was doing a set 25yrs ago in Brisbane Australia I had a awesome time that night will never forget
Remember driving through worthing with my windows open, playing this at full blast 2 10 inch subs and 4 6x9's on the parcel shelf with pedestrians just stopping and looking in amazement

Too true! I reckon all the best stuff is 10yrs old or more. I'd love to go back to that early 90s buzz.

Absolutely fucking great 🥰 every morning threw Spotify this amazing track wakes me up 🥳 ! This is a beatiful version ❤, thnX 👊🔥!
