Many traders in Dimapur specially in daily market areas don't followed the rates fixed by DMc. When they are being asked the traders denied with this and that excused.. Majority of Naga customers are cheated by these outsiders on regular basis.. Even after so much of hala gola those DMc never initiate stringent action against such defaulters rather they demand Bribed and it has become an extra sources of their income.. See vegetables are perishable items, you cannot have fixed price on Vegetables. Specially if it is off season. Garlic and onion are brought from mainland India , so the wholesale agents may increase or decrease depending on various Mandi prices outside the State.
