Riot can't insta ban the skarner guy because its screenshots. Any screenshot can be edited to say anything and thus can't be used as proof. A report in game where chat logs can be recorded would be more effective.
You know they have access to chatlogs which they can look into based on screenshots right?

isnt it because, if you accept them in your friendlist they dont record the messages between rat and that guy , so anything that happens in DM's isnt their responsibility , also because if people got banned based on screenshots those can easily be edited so everyone will just be banned for nothing ?

Question mark ping is the upside down bait ping. We've used it this whole time.
I sent a screenshot of a guy who added me after game sending a link to a picture of a literal kid's head on a plate. I sent it to Riot and they did absolutely nothing.
Needless to say I haven't clicked on a single link any league player's sent anywhere since. So yeah, I got permabanned in season 8 for flaming a Jarvan who ragedove my lane to int me at level-3, but this guy got nothing.

Regarding the report: It's basically an automated message they send to everyone across all servers. I've received that same one on both NA and EUW for the same kind of report.

So if they interfere they can hypothetically be sued for breaching the privacy protocol . It's GDPR not something hard. I mean why you accepted him in the first place.

Every polish player i ever had in my team inted for his life so i ended up a couple of times threatening them that putin is coming for their country after ukraine. I threw these threats quite a few times also mentioning that they are wasting their time playing lol (when their families will be in the war) and even more threats never got banned not to mention ban i didn't even get a warning the only thing riot bans is calling someone stupid at this point.

I'm pretty sure that League DM's are for talking outside of lobby and the game? No? I mean idk I don't use my DM's either nor do I to flame people either. So they are just this empty chat box to me. Idk I have to friend on league nor do I flame or do I recieve flame. I think its just peoples mentals not the game. The mental of people who game league 10 hrs a day an get mad after having a single bad game they are the ones that are toxic an flame. This happen in valorant too. Dude I reported a boosted (by multiple hacker) immortal account with screenshots of proof and they did nothing literally. And I tried to post it on Valorant reddit and my post got taken down 3 times even though I make sure I didn’t violate the rules. The conclusion is Riot don’t give a fuck they ban the blatant hacker but not the one who actually got boosted
I think they can't do much about dms bcs of privacy protection. they shouldn't have access to people's dms and in order to confirm those dms are real they would need to access your dms bla bla...
but riot's ticketing system is a joke. there was a guy streaming valorant on tik tok with cheats and he was selling cheats. His entire account is about those cheats and i recorded his stream on 2 occasion with account tags from post game lobby sent everything to riot and got reply "sorry this person is disrupting your games :(. we will handle it internally" and he still streams and sells scripts, it's been few months since then
Nah it's fucked up, i got chat restricted bcs i aksed a player to go afk so he would stop running it down and we had a chance to win, but same player said "kys" to me many times and when i reported him he didn't get shit. But what's more concerning is some people in your twitch chat trying to make excuses for someone being racist.

I have had player constantly calling me racist names even when we are winning. It started when we went in champion select and kept going until the end of my game, and then my cilent crashed did not have any screenshot or evidence, I went and opened a ticket and the man got suspended temporarily and then add me after 15 days to send me more racist messages and I asked him why he is doing this and he kept ranting about "my people" and then reported him again and he got banned but that was in 2018. But I don't know ratirl situation
