This is a good time to be a Marvel Legends collector if you're a fan from the Marvel 80's and 90's comics, Hasbro has been releasing good action figures from that time period. This is one of those rare occasions when I'm actually happy for not having bought action figures during the original release dates, being that normally when this happens I end up buying them for a lot more, a lot latter or both. This time I'm actually happy because I never bought the Juggernaut BAF and that other Colossus figure. Even though I started collecting action figures when I was 5, I only started collecting ML a couple of moth ago (I'm 41 now) and this set was preordered on the first day BBTS had it up, all this 80th anniversary releases seem very good. I had recently decided to stop collecting 1/12 licensed action figures and started collecting only 1/6 original design ones like 3A, Ax2, Glitch, Devil Toys, Blitzway, DamToys, J.T Studios, etc, I was only going to buy a couple of licensed characters when I loved them so much I just couldn't ignore the release, the rule was they had to be on the 1/6 scale to. I went to look for a good comic version Wolverine, I never buy movies or series versions even when they are very good like the Hot Toys, I found an Hasbro Marvel Legends 1/6 Wolverine that looked good, seemed well engineered and wasn't that expensive so I bought it and was actually quite please with it. Ofc that being a Marvel fan and an action figure collector I already knew the Hasbro Marvel Legends line, I even have some of the Toy Biz first released figures, but I though Hasbro wasn't doing a good job so I didn't really pay to much attention to ML. After I bought that Wolverine I thought "Hasbro seems to be stepping up a bit so lets look at that ML 1/12 line again.", the first two figures I laid my eyes on were the Beast and the Thing (AWESOME ACTION FIGURES) so I immediately decided I had to buy those sets (ruining my previews decision to only buy 1/6 scale original action figures) and after that I've been buying ML like crazy, I bought and preordered 54 already and I'm sure I'm going to keep buying them from now on but only when they are good (Hasbro keeps on releasing a lot of bad and disappointing action figures). Your reviews have been a great help when it gets to deciding if I should preorder a Marvel Legends or not so I just wanted to say... THANK YOU SHARTIMUS!!! Your passion for action figures helps and inspires my collecting and I'm very thankful for your work as a reviewer, please keep up on doing what you're doing. I can't be a patron because I already spend a lot with my collection (being an European makes being a collector very hard, shipping and taxes and all that) I would if I could though because you're really helping out the collector community. The only small thing I believe you could try to keep in mind is that some times when you're a big Marvel and Marvel Legends fan it's a bit hard to maintain an impartial opinion. Bad decisions are bad decisions and mistakes are mistakes so you should point them out in a more clear way when reviewing action figures, I may be wrong but I think a review shouldn't be an opinion piece even though you can state your opinion after you've done the review. After all that being said I just want to add that I love this two pack and I can't wait to have it in hand.
I was really happy to get this figure pack, but I'm ashamed to admit, I'm not much of a comic reader, so i repainted the Juggernaut to look like the DP 2 movie version and It definitely was an amateur job, but I did like how it came out.
Hey Shart, and anyone reading this, thought I should throw down a quick warning about this Juggernaut. I was exploring some display options by swaping parts between the 2 pack version and the BAF. When i connected the BAF torso to the 2Pack legs, they became stuck... Permanently. I tried boiling Hot water, hair dryer, eveything... They are stuck forever. So just be mindful, and careful while exploring your display options everybody. :)
I got these 2 like 3 weeks ago, and got the Hela/Skurge and Iron Man/Iron Spider pack since then, but I keep going back to Colossus and Juggernaut, especially Juggernaut, love this set! I never got the original BAF of Juggernaut, but I like the look of this one better.

And what will also be awesome if Hasbro if they would make the original Thunderbird. It would be the 1st time he been made. So Hasbro should make sure that Thunderbird is an awesome figure. Back to Banshee, since Hasbro had made so many X-Men figures some of us are hoping that Hasbro would release figures in the uniforms that’s on the cover of Uncanny X-Men #275 And yes Banshee is on the team. With the awesome accessories that Hasbro been giving us I wonder could they make sonic scream accessory that Banshee does?

My Colossus is nearly perfect in paint apps. The first figure I have gotten all year that didn't have some sort of issue. He's freaking amazing. Now I just need Banshee and FA Storm to finish off my favorite X team.
The upgrades on the Juggernaut justifies getting him as the second figure for this 2-pack. I actually prefer him over the baf just because of the wider domed helmet. The baf was great for its time. I don't regret buying the figures to build him, because they were an awesome line-up. I'm a Juggernaut fan, so I think I'll keep both versions alongside my Marvel Selects. Yes I managed to get the variant of that version. This set has a better line-up than the Hulk-Wolverine, but now I'm happy to own a Hulk as big as the Juggernaut with an awesome sculpt. It should have been better if it was an upgraded Thing in that 2-pack, but I'm OK with what we got nonetheless. And Colossus! Yeah! Finally!!! If we're getting a Blackck Tom, I hope we get an upgraded Banshee as well.

I got my 2 pack about 2 weeks ago and the second I got colossus of of the package the knee pad came right off and GameStop wouldn’t take it back and I don’t want to spend another $60 just for 1 figure
Shartimus I still have the Toybiz Juggernaut and I love it too. I know the Hasbro version is better and it's the one I have displayed, but the Toybiz version is the one that originally got me to like the character!

$70? Dayum, must be a regional thing. Walmarts and target around here have it for $60. That aside, this truly is the best colossus and considering I begrudgingly had to buy the toy biz ver. for a friends birthday and not keep for myself, I can finally put my childhood beef to rest.
Unbiasedly, I think the Select Colossus is overall better. It's got the more accurate height to go along with Legends, better headsculpt, QC, and those two tone painted eyes. But the Legends has that brilliant silver paint..and the round Jim Lee buckle. Considering Colossus is 7'6", it would've worked out better if they were 8"..since Legends are a bit larger than 1/12 scale. Still, it's my new default Colossus.
I’m just about to get a pack and finally get juggernaut but I have the lower torso belt from the BAF. Since it’s basically reused mostly from the BAF can you pop ohh the torso from the two pack and put the belt on?
I have the BAF of Juggernaut and just really don't feel the need to have this version. But the classic Colossus is a must have! I still have the Toybiz version but I skipped Hasbro's previous version because I don't like that outfit. This is perfect though.
I love these figures on my display shelf I have the beat up juggernaut squishing his head and collususs has the wide open hands screaming in pain and you inspired me to collect and make a display shelf
I so wanna get that two pack since I missed out on building juggernaut, but I did get cable during the time and still have that piece with the belt!!>< I plan on putting that belt on the juggernaut from the two pack as soon as I get one xD
The BAF was an easy pass with having the Select (plus the BAF has a hidious helmet); but now this one trumps it. This is just so 90's comic/arcade accurate to me. It's exactly what I think of with the character. Even though the Select has that amazing sculpt and detailing..I just prefer this simpler looking one.
So I am a tad slow to catch up, but yeah. No doubt the best version of both so far, loved the set! The old Juggernaut BAF was still great, but I love this new one!

Hands down my favourite Juggernaut figure is the Diamond select helmet version. Granted the articulation isn't great but still.
Marvel Select figures are good way of getting big bois for a decent price. (If you don't buy from scalpers.)

You might be able to hit those spots that are missing the silver paint with a Molotow Liquid Chrome marker.

Unbiasedly, I think the Select Colossus is overall better. It's got the more accurate height to go along with Legends, better headsculpt, QC, and those two tone painted eyes. But the Legends has that brilliant silver paint..and the round Jim Lee buckle.
Considering Colossus is 7'6", it would've worked out better if they were 8"..since Legends are a bit larger than 1/12 scale. Still, it's my new default Colossus.

I’m just about to get a pack and finally get juggernaut but I have the lower torso belt from the BAF. Since it’s basically reused mostly from the BAF can you pop ohh the torso from the two pack and put the belt on?
I have the BAF of Juggernaut and just really don't feel the need to have this version. But the classic Colossus is a must have! I still have the Toybiz version but I skipped Hasbro's previous version because I don't like that outfit. This is perfect though.

I so wanna get that two pack since I missed out on building juggernaut, but I did get cable during the time and still have that piece with the belt!!>< I plan on putting that belt on the juggernaut from the two pack as soon as I get one xD
The BAF was an easy pass with having the Select (plus the BAF has a hidious helmet); but now this one trumps it. This is just so 90's comic/arcade accurate to me. It's exactly what I think of with the character. Even though the Select has that amazing sculpt and detailing..I just prefer this simpler looking one.
I have both Juggernughts now. I may remove the helmet and swap heads.

So I am a tad slow to catch up, but yeah. No doubt the best version of both so far, loved the set! The old Juggernaut BAF was still great, but I love this new one!
