From an account executive to being let go in a recession, I've faced setbacks that felt like failures. But here's the thing: failing upward is real.
Every setback has been a setup for something greater. It's not the judgment of others we should fear, but the missed opportunities for growth. If I hadn’t faced the challenges I have, I most likely would not be in the position I am today: doing what I love and living my dream.
