@@nicbahtin4774 Well, murder isn't the reason it went down so much, so it's not actually all on the NCPD. It's mostly plague and war I suppose, it's never covered in game what happened in 2076 and why it isn't happening any longer. But yeah, with 700 murders per 100 000, Night City has 14 times more murders per citizen than the worst country by number of murders IRL (El Salvador).
A $5 per minute 911 hotline, fucking genius. Wish the game spent more time on just how fucked the cops in Night City are, I mean the details are there, but a bigger focus on it would have been cool.
