    His voice is unrecognizable. Why does it sound so different here?

    • @EastSide-qc5oy
      @EastSide-qc5oy 3 года назад

      Because they are talking via video call and his audio quality is not great. It sounds like maybe his microphone is the cause, or it could be the quality of the connection or both, or something else tech related. The sound is “tinny” and thin which is not uncommon on Zoom calls for example when people use the built in mics on their laptops. The host in this video is using a better setup overall (camera, lighting, mic). Also keep in mind you may be thrown off by his natural speaking style if you are used to hearing George or another character. He’s also older than he was when playing his most famous role.

    • @trusso11783

    Hey, he looks just fantastic. The grey beard really suits him and he looks so healthy. I hope he made some good money from appearing in the film because it was a totally stupid and pretty damn offensive film......it's entire depiction of interaction between men and women and of sex workers was so ridiculous that it was horrible.
    But I love Jason Alexander.

    If ever a movie was made with a lousy message, it was ‘Pretty Woman’.
    I couldn’t stomach Julia Robert’s until she did ‘Notting Hill’ because she came to fame playing a hooker who landed a rich man.
    I’m sorry, but flesh-peddling your way to happily ever after is sick, and a terrible message, especially for young women.

      @@danieldravot341 Julia Roberts has better movie/TV roles than Pretty Woman. The fact you single out the one that was among her bigger hits that happens to have a bad message, and just ignore everything else in the rest of the decade, it is extraordinarily restrictive. One role doesn't define Julia Roberts' career.

      Not carrying about “steel Magnolias” makes your opinion null and void to everyone but you. Also, whores are people, too. And I would ventured to guess that Julia’s fictional character in Pretty Woman touched more lives than you will, if you walk around with that kind of attitude.
