How can we plot contour graphs in Origin? (like solar cell data I-V curve , efficiency etc)
Sure you can draw it in Origin.

I am doing exactly what you are and using the same data, but when I plot, the labels on X axis (years) are not displayed and the data on Y axis is normalized or scaled. Any reason?

I think you can download it online. But if you get the original and authentic version, it will help you a lot. The best option is to ask your professor or teacher if they might have this. Or better ask you lab course mate if they are using it.
