This was by far the most helpful video I’ve watched. Been DJing for a few years and started producing about a month ago and this video made it all click. Side note: y’all’s sample packs are fire😎
This video is great, just wish I didn't have to drop an extra $300 on plugins to try to emulate this as a beginner. Currently researching free alternatives to all of these plugins lol.
The only plugin you need to truly replicate this sound is Serum which has a rent-to-own option that is like $9 a month through Splice and the free KHS bundle (Just google free Kilohearts sound bundle). I use disperser but honestly, it isn't necessary and can be done with other free plugins in FL. OTT is also free I believe.
hey there, so i've been getting into making music & I've been hooked on dubstep lately but i just don't know which platform to buy & start off with and how to put the samples into them> can you guys help me out pls?
We are obviously a bit biased on where to buy your samples ;) but in all honesty ourselves as well as many producers we know buy samples from a WIDE variety of outlets It's all about getting tons of samples from tons of different places. We plan to soon introduce a full tutorial based product line so stay posted! In the meantime snag some of the packs on our site with project files that work for your DAW and start playing around.
@@tonymorales9955 i think fl is better for beginners and i wouldn't advise against it, but in the long-run but i promise you learning ableton is worth it. the difficulty curve is steep at first but i think once fully learned ableton is more rewarding than fl and the ui is so much cleaner

its cool to see some serum presets, i do mostly all my sound design in serum, cool to see bigger producers are still using it.
We definitely see Vital taking over in the near future, but for rn it's seems to still be the industry standard.
Love your tuts @ goosi
@@beyondrealm7255 thank you!

@@AvantSamples do you prefer fl studio or ableton? and how can i upload my avant samples to fl studio?
@@tonymorales9955 splice is also a great tool to use for any kind of sample you need, just type it in the search bar and find ones that fit your style
@@tonymorales9955 fl studio for sure. And the samples go into fl just by putting them in the correct folder in your computer.
