Gear shift problem even in my Honda SP 125 which was purchased in End of Jan 2024 (E20 Model). Neutral to 1st gear issue some times and 5/4/3/2 to neutral (down shift) issue as well. Very problematic when we are in heavy traffic, slow movement with frequent stop start traffic conditions. Gave Bike to service center three times reporting this gear shift issue. Issue is not resolved. They adjust clutch, chain and asks me to use it for a week let us know. Service person says no issue even though I show them the issues during test drive. Not sure why they don't accept that there is issue.
Definitely they don't listening the customer problem and said that in every bike have some gear stuck problem in my case they changed spring or gear rod but nothing changed same like before gear stuck I don't know what happened with honda they even don't listening customer problem, till now this issue is not resolved every sp125 2024 have this problem but honda doesn't care the customer, I think quality check problem in production line up Honda needs to recitfy this issue, we can only do complaint in customer care because they need to understand this is serious issue in sp125 gear stuck problem. I hope they asap resolve the problem, Because customer faces issue and honda after sales persons not understand what happened with us in new bike. I hope HONDA 2 Wheelers understand and resolve this issue ASAP.

I have a solution for this which work 1000%. Press clutch - shift 1 gear - release clutch - continue Never press clutch and down shift 2 3 gears because it does not work like that in bs6 Try this habit, it will solve your issue and the wrong habit also. I was driving hero splender, there you can downshift full whatever you like, here its strict 1 time 1 clutch 1 shift up or down

I'm also facing gear problem issue since 1st day of purchase till now. 2021 August bs6 shine 125 model. visited service centre many times but issue not resolved. they denied as such problem on this bike. honda rubbish after sales service. they only fix chain and clutch cable. thats it. the problem remains same till today

मेरे में भी दिक्कत है, 5वें से चौथे में आते हैं फिर चौथे से 3सरे गियर में आने पर गियर फंस जाता है बीच में और गियर पोजीसन में - माइनस दिखाने लगता फिर क्लच छोड़ो फिर लो तब खट की आवाज से तीसरे में आती है
सभी के साथ ये दिक्कत आ रही है और ये लोग इस समस्या का समाधान अभी तक नहीं ढूंढ पाए है कस्टमर केयर पर प्रॉब्लम दर्ज करवाओ ताकि इनको पता चल सके क्युकी सभी के सेम प्रॉब्लम आ रही है ताकि ये लोग प्रॉब्लम ढूंढ कर उसे ठीक के सके धन्यवाद आपका आपकी प्रॉब्लम साजा करने के लिए इससे ये पता चलेगा कि प्रॉब्लम सिर्फ मेरे साथ ही नहीं है गाड़ी में दिक्कत है और उन्हें उसका पता करने की जरूरत है |
