If I decide to use the delay feature and set up the coffee grounds the day before would this coffee maker top cover keep the ground coffee fresh? I heard that the coffee’s flavor is affected if the coffee grounds are exposed to too much air.
Hello Luis. We are glad to hear that you like the Coffee Bar. As long as the lid is closed properly after filling with grounds, setting up the day before for delay brew will not affect the freshness/taste of the coffee.
following the instructions in the manual I cannot adjust the heat level. I hold the Warm button select the duration for the warming plate to stay on then it switches to the temp and if i press the Hour (H) it briefly shows MED then goes back to HI, if I press the Minute (M) it briefly shows LOW then goes back to HI. Any recommendations?

We're sorry for the frustration, Ari. After each brew, it would be required to reset the delay brew. The actual clock is to be set once unless it has been unplugged or had any power loss in your home. To set the clock, press either the H (hour) or M (minute) button located below the clock. Once you press one of these buttons the clock will start blinking. To finish adjusting the time, pause the H and M buttons until you reach the desired time. Once you have the desired time, allow the unit to sit for 5 seconds. After the 5 seconds has ended the clock will be set. Note: The AM and PM indicators will light up on the left side of the clock as you adjust the time.

That is correct, if you unplug the unit the clock would need to be reset each time. If you keep it plugged in then you will not have to set the clock each time.

What’s the point of having the 1-4 cups function if you have to only fill the reservoir to 4 cups anyway? Couldn’t you just hit brew?
