    You don't mention a scanner set up. How do I send hard copy docs to a recipient. Please advise

      Hello Jeffrey, and thank you for your message. As an online fax service, eFax is built with the objective of creating a paperless fax process.
      To fax hard copy documents, you have two options:
      - Scan them with a scanner or a multifunction printer and fax the resulting PDF.
      - Use a printer with fax capabilities.
      Have a nice day!

    Set up fees were mentioned; do you have more details on that? I started my trial subscription today.

      Hello Barry, and thank you for your comment.
      eFax charges a $10 setup fee for any new account. But don't worry; this amount is only charged after your free trial ends. Have a nice day!

      Hello At Home With the Gregory's Gregory, and thank you for your comment!
      Yes, you can get a monthly plan with eFax. It's a bit pricier but comes with the benefit of having a shorter billing cycle, meaning you can opt-out of eFax from one month to another. For more information, read our more in-depth review by clicking on the link in the video's description. Have a nice day!

      Hello @BeniDhru, and thank you for your comment! We're sorry to hear about your experience with eFax. Did the company charge you right away? Also, have you tried to get a refund? During our testing, we were able to create a free trial account and unsubscribe before the first payment. Have a nice day!

      @@BestReviewsNet sure you can be polite here as much as you want because others read the comments. This wasn't the attitude at all when I talked to customer service. Pretty two faced I must say.

    What is a Fax ?

    • @BestReviewsNet
      @BestReviewsNet  2 года назад +2

      Hello @aemrng, and thank you for your comment. Simply put, a fax is a copy of a document that is sent via a phone line, which is then printed on paper on the other end through a faxing machine. However, nowadays, there's also online faxing software, which sends documents via the internet. Although it may seem obsolete at first since we have several ways to send documents in a faster and more convenient way, faxing is still used by several companies due to security and legal reasons. We hope we were able to answer your question. Have a nice day!
