Ok, that was kind of impressive, I'm a wee bit hungover but not anything extreme, that pizza looked yummers and restaurant quality! Not a fan of home grilling and portable pizza ovens but I'll say you did make it look like something I'd want to eat! You have such a knack for making quick dishes with high quality! Cool you have your own pizza oven product on the market :)
Product placement first? A weber grill, any wood stove, a dutch oven etc etc. makes at least as good pizza. He obmittet how he got the pizza dough - at least a link appreciated. It ist not about the "Hydration", ist is about the structure of glutene changing with keneading and/or longer rainsing times (you can go up to 72 hours).
For this kind of pizza you don't need a dedicated oven. Cooking for 4 minutes is way too long, your built in oven in your kitchen can do similar. Also the dough itself didn't look well fermented.
The £350 price point seemed a little high, but you do have a lot of reviews that are simply glowing… oh… they all are from people who received the item for free. Tell you what, send me one for free and I’ll do an actually honest review… if you dare…
its at the price of ooni koda 12? + this has rotating stone, more space + knob on the side ... if u take that on face value ... sounds like deal. but as u rightly say, we need actual honest review

@ it isn't a unique idea. I've seen rotating wood fired ovens in Italian restaurants in Italy - and for them it is more about throughput - getting lots of pizzas done simultaneously. I still think it is a gimmick in a home oven though. Turning the pizza in the oven is way way down on the list of things which gives you a good result in a wood fired oven.

Top Chef's making pizza look embarrassing. On this one it is very sad to see what Jamie did with the fresh mozzarella. It is way overcooked, it makes loose sense to use such great cheese on this cooking time. Overcook completely the freshness to disappear on the pizza and lose its beautiful gentle milky flavour. Please don't do it at home!

If this needs 4 minutes to cook your pizza, it's the either the wrong temperature settings, or this oven is simply not hot enough.
Lovely! The finishing touch with lemon is important I think, just bookends the flavours beautifully.
