I've actually been running goat against the meta it's hilarious how often a 2005 deck can give the meta so much emotional damage. Limit level forces all rank 4 or higher monsters to defense position, tragedy actives when a attack position is switched to defense potion and destroys all defense position monsters controls and fissure banishes all monsters that go to the grave. Also ran x3 dark hole 2x Raigeki 3x lightning vortex 3x mirror force 3x needle worm,3x spirit reaper, Marshmallon among many other exciting prizes. Suffice to say some meta decks weren't having alot of fun. It's funny when you cause a sword soul to deck out let me tell ya ;)
Pls more of oldshool Yu Gi Oh likewise a tournament with others would be great. We need such a format on RUclips not this modern 2 turns and its over and boring konami like tournament. Its in your hands Mr. Rhyme use your power and the heart of the cards.
Exchange was one of my personal favorite cards growing up- I love fucking with the ongoing game in weird ways. Parasite Paracide, Exchange, Magical Hats, and so on.

Battle Trap in modern YGO should be cannot be negated and have quick floating effect like Waking the Dragon when it popped early. This mechanic is very specific and slow. So, it is okay to give them some annoying effect to slow down the game. . Battle Trap is the funniest thing in old and modern YGO. Sometimes I become the victim of Mirror Force cards in Gold Ranked, and it feels funny and makes me laugh.

Usually, your opponent still enters the battle phase because they don't know anything about Farewelcome because they almost never see this card or any battle trap. In modern YGO there are almost no battle trap/handtrap. And it makes most players off guard, like when I use my Dark Spirit in my Unchained deck.
BLS couldn't even attack that last turn. And it was very "interactive" how you played graceful charity into thunder dragon, pot of greed then exchange.
