Honestly, the big spenders and exploiters really ruined this event. It hurt a lot of people that were trying to get a pet they thought they had a chance. I feel bad for them.
From yt, this event is definitely "free to play". All u have to do is spend money on the forever pack or spend absurd amounts of gems (that many f2p don't have) to trade for the pets needed. "Super free to play!!"

I got 13 pumpkin spice cats in 20 minutes but when update i got only 3 in 5 hour and i couldnt even use the previous pumpkin spice cays to make corn cats i find its just not a good update in that way
