This pistol went through a lot as it seems, looks like it has a shooters design nozzle upgrade to it which makes me assume some parts did break in the past. I can not tell if there are more mods, but there are a few things you can do to restore it: first and easiest thing to check is if the hop screw is stuck or screwed into the barrel too deep. In this case you can use a 1,5mm allen key to unscrew it a bit. This looks to be the main issue with power output. for slide action and slide stop, you could check for obstacles that get in the way when racking the slide; it always makes sense to dissassemble the whole pistol, clean it all up and lubricate it with silicon afterwards. Most issues should be found until one is done with that. From the first look the frame looks good, but i cannot tell if there are other issues coming from barrel assembly or blow back unit.
